Support the HR general manager in regional alignment of HR policies and procedures.
Planning and execution of HR strategy align with business plan.
Execute talent management (Skill map, Gap Analysis and action plan, Succession Planning)
Support of HR Policy development and improvement in ASEAN and India subsidiaries.
Develop and maintenance company rules and regulations.
Budget control
Requirements:
At least 8 years of relevant experience of HR business planning as managerial role.
Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
Willing to travel
