Formulate partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment.
Implement and improve all kinds of human resources related plans and projects, set up organization structure, positions rank structure, job descriptions and compensation system.
Frequently communicate and coordinate with the headquarter to execute global human resource projects, regularly present requested statistic report to the HR management team in the headquarter.
Responsible for the effective delivery of full spectrum HR both at strategic and operation levels covering recruitment, compensation, benefits, insurances, performance management, training, payroll, tax, termination, employee relations, etc.
Set up, develop and implement all HR policies, practices and procedures, and ensure they are in alignment with the overall business and corporate objectives and in compliance with the local legal requirement.
Partner the Business Units Heads on manpower planning, structuring, recruitment and performance management. Provide HR advices to the Management on HR matters to achieve the business units\xe2\x80\x99 operational and strategic objectives.
Manage all administrative affairs of the office, and be responsible for the timely payment and review of various administrative expenses.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the Company.
