Job Description
Job Purpose
The incumbent personnel will oversee and lead the overall human resource in the sense-making of organisation\'s strategic and operational environment and to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operational functions including payroll, full cycle of recruitment process, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits etc.
- Provide guidance and liaison with other HODs including supervision, capacity building and manage retention.
- Employee engagement and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and review Employee Handbook and HR policy related.
- Set up and manage new HR software system.
- Possess Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Psychology or related Management courses.
- Possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
- Min 5 years of working experience as HR Manager or equivalent.
- Ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
