We are looking for an experienced HR Admin Executive
Office Location: Central
The Talent:
1-3 years of relevant experience
HR knowledge/background will be a plus point
Prepare employment contracts in reference to hiring proposals, via either mail merge or transfer of information
Perform and ensure completion of entries in reference to hiring proposals.
Upload of required documents into front office, including but not limited to, NRIC / work pass card , employment contracts, service agreements, hiring proposals, onboard form etc.
Register associate with insurer / broker for entitled insurance
Process Claims
Other ad-hoc admin duties
