Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
Register and update OFWAS.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
Administer and renewal of staffs and general insurances.
Process and maintain purchase order to suppliers
Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes
Ensure all documents are kept / filled in proper for quick retrieve
Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced / maintained / tested as per schedule
Any other ad hoc duties
Requirement:
At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore
Experience in using INFO-TECH is an advantage
Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
Able to spoken and written English and Chinese
