:
  • Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
  • Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Register and update OFWAS.
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
  • Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
  • Administer and renewal of staffs and general insurances.
  • Process and maintain purchase order to suppliers
  • Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes
  • Ensure all documents are kept / filled in proper for quick retrieve
  • Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced / maintained / tested as per schedule
  • Any other ad hoc duties
Requirement:
  • At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore
  • Experience in using INFO-TECH is an advantage
  • Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
  • Able to spoken and written English and Chinese
