Job Responsibilites
  • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate job interviews
  • Posting of job advertisements on Job portals
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
  • Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • In charge of payroll process
  • Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)
  • Manage daily general administration works including maintaining office facilities, supplies
  • Any other ad-hoc site admin duties which may be assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates with at least 1 year relevant experience is preferred
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
  • Work location: Construction site office, woodlands area
  • Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure
