About the Role



We are looking for a

HR Admin

to support our HR and office administration functions. This entry-level role is ideal for

fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience

who want hands-on exposure in HR, office management, and daily operations.

Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.



Key Responsibilities



Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance Support recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication Help manage office supplies, facilities, and day-to-day administrative tasks Support ad-hoc HR and admin projects as needed

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 0-2 years of experience in HR or office administration Basic understanding of HR processes and office management Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken) Available to join immediately*
