Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance
Support recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
Help manage office supplies, facilities, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Support ad-hoc HR and admin projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in HR or office administration
Basic understanding of HR processes and office management
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
