We are partnering with a technology company to hire an HR & Admin Specialist to join their expanding team. This role will be supporting daily HR operations and office administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll play a key role in shaping employee experience and supporting the team's rapid growth.


Key Responsibilities



Oversee full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding) Keep HRIS and personnel files accurate and compliant Manage benefits, leave tracking, and claims Coordinate performance reviews and training logistics Implement HR policies and ensure labor-law compliance Lead engagement initiatives and internal communications Run day-to-day office operations and supplies procurement Arrange travel, events, and meeting logistics Work with vendors and building relationships Maintain an organized, well-stocked workspace Handle mail, couriers, and other office logistics

Requirements



Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders) Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
