Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Manage office supplies and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
Oversee and tabulate production staff hours/salaries for accurate OT calculation
HR Support Functions
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
Coordinate and assist with staff claims submission and follow-up to ensure timely processing with proper documentation
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates
Manage and monitor staff leave records, medical claims, and expense reimbursements
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of administrative or HR-related experience
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
