About us Our Client is a leader in the Warehousing and Distribution space, based at the Airport. We are looking for a down to earth, great communicator, reporting to the GM of Operations to help support the recruitment, co-ordination and administration of new Employees to the business. Dealing with all levels from the shop floor, Stores, Forklift Drivers, Pick Packers through to Management - this a role with loads of variety! Qualifications & experience
  • Great team player that is results focussed and can communicate well across the board
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills, including Excel
  • Ideally home an HR related Tertiary qualification or 3+ years in Recruitment or HR Administration
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Recruitment - Advertising positions available, creating and publishing vacancies, shortlisting CV\'s, conducting phone interviews
  • Conducting competency assessments and reference checking through to drafting new Contracts and preparing induction packs
  • Onboarding new Employees and database management as well as providing administration for Management and general support with Health & Safety
