:
Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation and employee engagement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly payroll data
Support compliance tracking related to HR policies and employment regulations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared services team to ensure timely execution of HR processes
Help prepare HR-related reports and statistics as required
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the HR team
Be involved in HR initiatives and events
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
At least 1 year of HR administrative experience preferred
Basic understanding of Singapore employment regulations (e.g. MOM guidelines, CPF, annual leave entitlements, etc.)
Exposure to payroll processing or HRIS systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
