As an HR & Administrative Support professional, you will help shape a smooth and efficient workplace -- managing local recruitment, coordinating with our global headquarters, and ensuring the office runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being the dependable link that keeps everything running behind the scenes.





Key Responsibilities



Support local hiring, onboarding, and employee record management. Liaise with headquarters for HR, administrative, and compliance matters. Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and documentation. Assist with expense tracking, budget control, and coordination with the finance team. Maintain proper filing of HR and administrative records in line with company policies.



Requirements



Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration. Strong communication and coordination skills; fluency in English and Mandarin preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
