Job Description







Provision of administrative support services to the HR Team



:

  • Provide administrative support for on-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Arrangement of interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Administration of interviews activities
  • Pre-Scholarship and Internship Assessment Centre preparation
  • Provide support for staff administration such as staff records, contract renewal, corporate services
  • Provide support for learning and development programmes
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment tasked

Job Requirements:
  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resource
  • Diploma in HR or related disciplines
  • Mature, meticulous, customer-service oriented, driven, initiative, good communication and written skills
  • Occasionally require to work on weekends
  • Able to commit through contract
  • Able to travel to Changi Airport and other work-related sites





Tenure: Contract
