HR Administrator, Recruitment (6-month contract)








Job Purpose



The HR Administrator, Recruitment, plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from beginning to end. You will be supporting Recruitment Specialists in evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing the necessary pre-employment administrative documents after candidates are shortlisted.


Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment Specialists in evaluating candidates on SMRT\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment portal \xe2\x80\x93 ACE (hosted on SuccessFactors)
• Schedule interviews
• Follow up on the necessary pre-employment administrative documents such as post interview assessment forms, security checks, medical checks, etc.
• Ensure all necessary documents are completed and collected
• Arrange for accepted candidates to go for uniform fitting
• Any other additional roles and responsibilities related to the support of recruitment efforts

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Minimally O Levels qualification, with at least 2 years of experience performing administrative duties.

Skills



Technical skills include:

• Comfortable with large volumes of follow ups and administrative duties
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in SAP is an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different group of people \xe2\x80\x93 candidates, hiring manager, etc.
• Self-motivated, creative, energetic, and able work under pressure
• Able to deliver timely, accurate, thorough, and high-quality work in challenging situations
