Hybrid set-upBachelor's Degree in human resources or related areas 2 years experience work experience in the same field Experience from working in a matrix organization with high complexity. Global reach to stakeholders is key for success in this position. Fluent in English, both over the phone and in writing Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Strong sense of quality and detail orientation Understanding of HR processes Open-minded, integrity, self-motivated, and a good team player. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM is an advantage. High energy level with a strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude Can work independently. Operational efficiency and compliance Customer service orientation End-to-end process understanding, incl. dependencies towards payroll. Strong communicator Digital solution orientation Open-minded and open to change Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Quality orientation Will be handling global HR-related tickets, workflows, and telephone calls, always with the employee experience in mind Create HR documentation for multiple countries, e.g. contracts, certificates Handle employee files Be responsible for HR administrative tasks, such as e.g. PO/PR handling Will be operating in HR systemsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
