Role Purpose: HR Administrator will be the generalist of HR Operations team. She will be responsible in handling HR administration tasks, compensation & benefits, reports, payroll, and leave management. This role caters all employees' inquiries/ needs and business requirements on a timely manner. She also provides quality and accurate information and output to ensure the efficient operation of HR Operations team. Key responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive and professional administration service in relation all aspects of the employee lifecycle i.e. movement letters, transfers, compensation update, confirmation, and non-confirmation letters.
  • Conduct new starter onboarding about HR Operations.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system, ensuring that employee files are kept up to date in 201 folders in storage room and scanned copy in One Drive.
  • Keep track to all the forms accomplished by employees mandated by HR Operations team.
  • Prepare employee document requests such as Certificate of Employment, Contributions, and other documentary requests related to employee's employment.
  • Respond to the employment verification emails sent to HR Operations shared mailbox.
  • Ensure the smooth transition of employees who will be passing regularization by tracking all employees up for regularization to complete the HMO and Life Insurance forms. Responsible also to issue non-regularization letter or extension letter to probationary employees.
  • Assist in the preparation and collation of requirements submitted by employees and expatriates for Travel/ Visa/ Work permit processing.
  • Submit and collate all the separation requirements needed for the processing of the final pay of separated employees.
  • Liaison of HR Operations on site to receive and send documents to courier.
  • Liquidation and request of Petty Cash of Human Resources in Manila.
  • Any other duties as required by management

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
      • Graduate of BS HRDM, or any business management course
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
      • Above average verbal and written communication skills
      • With a high degree of integrity and the ability to keep things confidential.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required
    • At least 1-2 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or Administrators in a fast-paced industry such as BPO, Shared Services, IT
    • Knowledge of local employment legislation and working practice
    • Sound knowledge & technical ability to operate a variety of computer systems and related software including MS Excel, MS Word, websites & databases
    • Experience of working in an organised manner & working to strict deadlines in an open plan office
    • Experience in HR System: Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) or Human Capital Management (HCM)
    • Experience in handling or being a part of processing company payroll
