Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Required to perform full spectrum of HR operations duties
  • Preparation of HR letters (employment contracts, annual increment, promotion, certification letters etc)
  • Prepare HR documentation for employees P-files and ensure required personnel records are in order
  • Manage and update HR databases (recruitment approval/status, new hires, terminations, leave entitlement etc)
  • Perform HR reporting required by management
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of the employment Act
  • Proficient in Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
  • Able to use Timesoft is an added advantage
  • Well organised and meticulous in handling documents
  • Possess a proactive approach at work with high attention to details
  • Able to work under pressures and tough deadlines
