HR Administrator - JD Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR functions: recruitment, training, compensation, payroll
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation
  • Assist to prepare HR documentation for employees\xe2\x80\x99 p-files
  • Assist to conduct effective sourcing, screening and interviewing
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact between employees and management
  • Assist to measure and review employee retention and turnover rates
Requirements
  • 2 or 3 work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) and HR practices and regulations
  • Effective communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and in writing
  • ITE / Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri : 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm Sat : 9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm(alternate)
