Assist in HR functions: recruitment, training, compensation, payroll
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation
Assist to prepare HR documentation for employees\xe2\x80\x99 p-files
Assist to conduct effective sourcing, screening and interviewing
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact between employees and management
Assist to measure and review employee retention and turnover rates
Requirements
2 or 3 work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Experience in full cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of Employment Act (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) and HR practices and regulations
Effective communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and in writing
ITE / Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri : 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm Sat : 9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm(alternate)
