Job Description


  • Assist operations of all HR and Admin functions and duties especially in the area of foreign manpower
  • Cover receptionist duty during lunch hour and/or when colleauge is on leave/mc
  • Handle foreign workers payroll, work pass application/renewal/cancellation process, training, leaves, etc.
  • Prepare of Employment Contract, manage P files, on boarding/exit process
  • Prepare monthly report
  • Assist on the purchase/inventory of all office equipement
  • Issue of PPE, Office Equipment,
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
  • Familiar with Employment Act Practices
