Modec Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a leading provider of solutions to the Floating Offshore Oil & Gas market for more than 50 years and we are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join us.

We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore. This will be a 6 months contract.

Responsabilities:

• To support end to end work pass process including job postings in MyCareersFuture portal, collate supporting documents, process work pass applications and issuance and escalate any work pass issues to supervisor.
• To support all Contracts Novation - prepare, collate and save signed employment contracts, PEOs, secondment agreements, housing leases and any documents related to transfer of employment.
• To manage employee profile creations and Data changes in HR Systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. HR related Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably from a fast-paced MNC set up.
• Possesses good command of English.
• Experience with O365 Applications, Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Experience with HR system for Masterdata updates, changes, etc.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations and practices.
• Good understanding of the end to end HR processes, key employment principles and work pass requirements.
• Hands on experience on MyCareersFuture and Work Pass portals preferred.
• Has a sharp eye on details, meticulous and discreet in handling confidential personnel information.
• Has the ability to multi-task and handle huge volume of administrative tasks and deliver under tight timeline.
