Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to daily HR and administrative functions and duties
  • Maintain employee\xe2\x80\x99s leave and attendance records
  • Administering employees\' training & passes applications / renewals in a timely manner and accurate updated records are kept
  • Assist in full recruitment process: Interviews, onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare, maintain accurate employees personal records with regular updating
  • Assist in Work pass applications & renewals in a timely manner
  • Prepare employees\' letters and contracts where required
  • Work with external agencies (MOM, NS, CPF etc) for application of childcare leave, foreign levy waiver, NS & medical claims
  • Responsible for Marine Crew monthly payroll
  • Assist in Tax clearance for resigning employees
  • Responsible for ordering and issuance of stationery & access cards
  • Participate in HR initiatives/projects/audits, welfare organisation and other events
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledge in MOM regulations and HR practices
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, able to work with all levels of employees
  • Mature, responsible, positive and proactive, able to work in a team, in fast paced environment
  • Meticulous and neat with details
  • 2 years working experience as a Generalist role
  • ITE, GCE Levels, Diploma or other relevant qualifications
  • Experience in Infotech Payroll software an advantage
