Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the initial screening of resumes in all job portals.
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Support the offboarding process by preparing and sending the necessary exit forms to the relevant parties.
  • Create new hires' records/ update the HR records when necessary (i.e. changes to personal details, transfers, etc.
  • Performs other ad hoc functions that may be required by the team.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Admin or its equivalent
  • HR Generalist experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
