Vista Musical Instruments is headquartered in Singapore, with operations in USA, UK and APAC, and is a division of Caldecott Music Group. We are looking for a HR Advisor, focusing on Talent Acquisition and this role is based in Singapore. We are looking for someone who is technology savvy, resourceful and creative in exploring the different channels of recruitment. Someone who matches our spirit and desire and to keep challenging ourselves to push to be the best in the industry. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• To research and expand into new recruitment channels to build new stream of talent pipelines (e.g., job portals, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals etc.)
• Coordinate and participate in the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers/candidates and conducting reference checks.
• To review existing recruitment channels and propose ideas or suggestion to better generate potential leads in a cost-effective manner.
• To plan and run employer branding initiatives.
• Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Opportunity to be involved in other HR functions, HR projects and initiatives.
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in HR or Business Studies
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Able to work independently, self-driven, organised and a team player
• Experience in Workable platform is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Open to both full-time and contractor position
