Support in the day-to-day HR and general admin functions
Administer and maintain accurate employee records, leave records, insurance and medical claims
Administer staff confirmation, and prepare letters for promotion, warning, termination, dismissal , etc
Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation / appeals etc
Liaise with Operations team on recruitment needs including screening and interviewing candidates
Handle rank and file staff monthly payroll using EasyPay
Facilitate staff training and update and maintain staff training records
Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like IR21, MOM and related market surveys, child care leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves and NS man claims
All office and site administration matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Initiative, organised, resourceful and ability to work with minimum supervision
Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information
Good attendance record preferred
Willing to learn
