Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the day-to-day HR and general admin functions
  • Administer and maintain accurate employee records, leave records, insurance and medical claims
  • Administer staff confirmation, and prepare letters for promotion, warning, termination, dismissal , etc
  • Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation / appeals etc
  • Liaise with Operations team on recruitment needs including screening and interviewing candidates
  • Handle rank and file staff monthly payroll using EasyPay
  • Facilitate staff training and update and maintain staff training records
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like IR21, MOM and related market surveys, child care leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves and NS man claims
  • All office and site administration matters
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Initiative, organised, resourceful and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information
  • Good attendance record preferred
  • Willing to learn
