Job Description


  • Provide HR and administrative support daily.
  • Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit process.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ record.
  • Responsible for company and employees’ insurance renewal and updates.
  • Keep abreast of the latest government’s initiatives, regulations and requirements and responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation.
  • Liaise with departments for staff benefits & welfare (i.e., monthly staff expenses claims, office parking and etc.)
  • In charge of office administrative and maintenance.
  • Support training and development activities.
  • Support company events and welfare activities.
  • Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Computer literature.
  • Meticulous and neat with details.
  • People oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
