Support local (Singapore) payroll & taxation and liaise with auditors on payroll audits
Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other HR related letters
MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass application, renewal and cancellation and update of foreign worker’s particulars
Update and maintain employee’s data in HR system and P-files
Administrate E-Attendance, E-leave & E-Claim in the HR system
Government Claims submission (NSmen, Childcare, Maternity leaves, etc.)
Prepare and submit MOM & other statutory board HR-related surveys
Prepare monthly/ad-hoc HR analytics and metrics reports for management
Assist in staff on-boarding (orientation program) and off-boarding process (exit interview)
Handle and administration of all Covid-19 regulatory matters and internal communications in accordance to the prevailing government rules
Handle employees enquires on all HR-related matters
Assist in expatriate management
Organize company events and employee engagement activities
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in HR or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in HR operations, in FMCG & Hi-Tech industry
Experience in payroll
