Job Description


HR

  • Handle Recruitment Matters (including advertising, screening, arrange interviews, correspondence with employment agencies)
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Liaise with dormitory providers to upating of employees' residency status
  • Prepare Payroll, IR8A, CPF
  • Process staff claims
  • Expereince using Info-Tech is an advantage
  • Keep, maintain and update personnel records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules, etc)
  • Advantage with knowledge of labour laws
  • Any Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Admin
  • General office administration
  • Liaise with company secretary
  • Enforce internal control and compliance
  • Assist in preparation of sales reports
  • Assist in development and review company policies
  • Project administration
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
