For this role, we are looking for an HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records, etc) and updating internal databases. You should have experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.
Role and Responsibilities
Work Pass administration (Work Permit Applications, Renewal & Cancellation)
Organize and maintain personnel records of new employees
Assisting in the renewal and compliance of Security Officers’ License
Create regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
General HR and Admin functions (e.g. updating of employment records and database)
Requirements
2-3 years relevant HR experience and with good working knowledge of local labour laws
Experience in HR software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel)
Excellent organisation skills with an eye for details
