Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and process monthly payroll;
Responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals;
Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff;
Maintain safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers;
To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects;
To drive employee’s engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities;
Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal;
Assist in building maintenance and facilities management;
Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements
Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
At least 2 years of relevant experience;
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.);
Strategic communicator, verbal and written, effectively frames and shapes conversations, able to deliver difficult messages;
Diligent, tactful and firm with high ethical standards;
Possess strong foundations in employment law, HR & Administration operations and processes;
Successful proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment project along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment life cycle;
Outstanding attention to details, follow-up and organizational skills;
Independent and fast worker.
