Oversee and ensure timely application and renewal of work passes
Managing the application and renewal of airport passes and trainings for employees or contractors as and when required
Updating of work pass holder personal details to MOM eg. address, passport details etc
Collaborate with the L&D team and being the point of contact for administering of trainings for employees, including our subsidiaries in various regions
Assist in handling employee related matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances
Participate in recruitment activities as required, including involvement in relevant job fairs
Assist with employee business travel and visa arrangement including reservation of flight and hotels
Assist with organization of company-wide events, such as annual dinner
Handle matters relating to corporate apartments eg. on-boarding/off-boarding, coordination of service and maintenance
Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Team as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related field
Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experiences
Experienced working in a luxury retail and/or F&B sector would be an added advantage
Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
Candidates with good command of spoken Chinese is a plus (To liaise with our Subsidiaries team in China/HK/Taiwan)
Willingness, reliable, flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work independently
