Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of personnel information and promptly and accurately update the company’s HRIS. Assist in all administrative and human resource responsibilities. Payroll management
Applications, renewals, and cancellations for work permits for foreign employees
Participate in staff wellness initiatives
Create reports relevant to HR.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in HR Administration
Good knowledge in Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and proactive
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Committed to complete tasks/ provide updates in a timely manner
Knowledge in using Easypay and construction experience will be advantage
