The Company

A multinational firm in the semiconductor industry is looking to hire a Senior HR Analyst.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you are expected to perform duties below,

  • Lead Organization Culture Transformation by supporting global and local initiatives
  • Develop and implement Training strategies and Programs to ensure continuous learning and upskilling for all employees
  • Drive operation efficiencies by leading process improvement and system enhancement projects
  • Ensure Compliance and relevance to HR policies and procedure
  • Recruitment Management includes partnering with the recruiters to source talents for the organization and to manage the onboarding of the staff
  • Support compensation and benefits programs, staff welfare initiatives, and employee relations and communications
  • Support standard HR operations
Your Profile

You should have at least a Degree in Human Resources, with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the HR field. Prior experience in project management/implementation is highly preferred.
