Job Description


UWCSEA is looking for a HR Services Intern. As an HR Services Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes.Main Responsibilities * Administrative Support:- Assist in maintaining, organising, and filing HR files, records, and databases.
- Implement efficient systems for document management to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.
- Regularly audit and update employee records to ensure compliance with organisational standards.

  • Onboarding and Off-boarding:
- Support Staff Onboarding and Off-boarding activities by coordinating logistics and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed during the onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Personnel Files Management:
- Create new employee personnel files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information in accordance with privacy regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the digitisation of HR records to enhance accessibility and streamline data retrieval processes.
  • Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to process improvement and efficiency.
  • Project Assistance:
- Provide support on various HR projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.Person Specifications
  • Minimum O Levels, or currently pursuing a Diploma or higher (in Business Admin/ Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or a related field)
  • Undergraduates who can commit for 20-24 weeks are welcome to apply.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides, Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
