Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance across all levels (operation, technical, and corporate roles).
Work closely with Project Lead and Department Head to understand manpower requirements and project timelines.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new hires, conducting periodic check-ins to ensure smooth adaptation and integration into the company.
Proactively identify any adjustment issues and provide timely feedback to management for appropriate support or intervention
Source candidates through various channels including job portals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of professionals in-and-outside construction industry.
Collaborate with local and overseas universities and institutions to develop talent pipelines.
Coordinate with HR operations for timely application/renewal of work passes.
Conduct and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Support employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in the construction industry.
