Your New Role

Are you an experienced HR & Payroll Professional wanting to progress within the world\'s largest survival technology provider? Can you work to deadlines to deliver accurate timely payroll processing? Survitec has the perfect role for you!

We have an exciting and highly desirable opportunity to bring on board a HR and Payroll Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis at our Senoko, Singapore Site!

You will Implement and perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping and payroll administration. You will often handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires that you maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• You will organise and prepare complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Deliver accurate and timely processing of timesheet information to support the payroll process.
• Building effective working relationships within the internal client organisation and delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues
• You will create and ensure compliance with HR document management system
• Resolve queries from internal customers.
• Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time
• You will provide coaching to team members to develop their skills

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

• Educated to High School / Further Education college level.
• 3+ years\' experience within a Generalist HR/ Payroll Environment
• Good written and spoken English Language
