- Working Location: Cecil Street, Tanjong Pagar / Telok Ayer
- Working days: 5 days - 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Handle of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal and other HR-related functions
- Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation)
- Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner
- Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
- Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
- Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
- Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
- Sound knowledge in permit application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
- Issue invoice to clients, handle payroll (GIRO) and quarterly GST submission
- Any adhoc duties assigned by the management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and simple accounting experience.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Good knowledge of HR process and labour laws.
