MC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011.

MC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission - To Serve Mankind - to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture.

MC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.







DESIGNATION : HR Assistant (3 Month Contract)



RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Support the administration of employee life-cycle matters, including but not limited to onboarding, inventory issuance and management, probation tracking, contract renewals, work-pass processing, medical examinations, and end-of-employment tasks. Assist in training coordination such as course registration and approval, attendance tracking, invoice processing, and maintaining training records and databases. Support the digitalisation of HR files and records, including scanning, uploading, and secure disposal of confidential documents. Provide general administrative and HR support Any other duties as assigned








QUALIFICATIONS

Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification in any field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality. * Prior HR or administrative experience will be an advantage.
