Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and staff documentation
Support payroll preparation and HR correspondence
Coordinate staff training and welfare activities
Accounts / Clerical Duties
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and petty cash claims
Record daily transactions and update accounting entries
Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
Maintain filing systems and other administrative tasks
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or accounting functions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., MYOB)
Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills
Able to handle confidential information
Ability to organize and prioritize work
