My client is a leading M&E/Construction company in Singapore. Due to the expansion of the company, they are currently seeking for a HR Assistant cum PA to join their esteem organisation.
Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager and Senior HR Executive on the day-to-day HR operations and manage the full spectrum of HR functions not limited to recruitment from On-boarding to offboarding, leave administration, MC Record, benefit and training administration.
Recruiting and attracting potential candidates for open positions to the company
Interview coordination between the candidates and hiring manager
Preparation of Letter of Offer to the candidates
Managing of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Maintaining and updating of employee information to the system
Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, updating and maintaining training records and etc.
Managing the Director calendar, including scheduling and organising appointments
Taking minutes and keep tracking of job tasks
Coordination internal and external meetings with internal stakeholders, business partners and clients
Managing the teams action lists and driving through to completion
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably with experience in Construction, Facilities Management, or Engineering industry
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail
Good communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
Resourceful, well-organised, follow-up skills and meticulous for details
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Well versed with MS Office
