Provide human resource support in planning and organizing the functions related to employment matters such as recruitment, selection, appointments, including on-boarding, movements, off-boarding and general HR administration
Provide data and analysis in presentation format of staff turnover; review and propose staff retention strategies
Compile, collate market surveys and benchmarking exercises results for identification of recruitment and retention strategies.Support employee engagement and talent management programmes such as induction and orientation programme, training and development activities, internships, and industrial attachments
Assist to plan and execute programmes, taking initiatives for suggestion of ideas to maintain employees engagement
Drive internal communications through periodic functionality review of the human resource information system and organisation of staff communication and town hall sessions
Administers and capture the HR information using the Human Resources Information Systems, ensure accuracy to update, enrol and maintain employees\' records in the HRIS; provide technical support and assistance to users on HRIS when required
Takes charge of staff lounge, staff cafeteria, and handle issues relating to staff shuttle buses; manage staff lounge, top-up and ordering of daily products, and ensure cleanliness is maintained at the designated location
Handle HR-related inquiries from staff and provide necessary support
Undertake any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by immediate superior or the Management.
Requirements
Certificate in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in related Human Resource functions, preferably in service or hospitality industry
Good knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislation
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous with an eye for details
Proficient in Microsoft applications
