Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties and responsible for foreign workers matters.
• In charge of any work pass related matter including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation etc.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies on foreign worker hiring activities.
• Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions, swab test registration.
• Handle full cycle of hiring process for foreign workers from recruitment to resignation or termination.
• Handle worker\'s welfare and benefit, and update personal records and documents.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 2 - 3 years relevant working experience on HR and Foreign Worker matters.
• Familiar with MOM\'s policy and regulations.
