To support in HR planning and operation including staffing, compensation and benefits, payroll, workplace health and safety programs and employee relations.
To establish HR best practices in talent management and development.
To lead projects for realizing employee potential.
To enhance employee engagement, sustaining a positive workplace and employee experience.
To review and ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with legislations and company requirements.
To support the implementation of HR initiatives, Systems and Policies in line with Company’s objectives.
To organize and drive the Company and Employee events and activities.
Requirements:
Degree / Post graduate Diploma in HRM or Business Management.
5 years of HR experience
Meticulous, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of local employment guidelines and regulations.
Good working experience with Management and Board
Able to communicate well with all levels of people and has good written skill.
A team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
A self-driven and pro-active leader in implementing change.
Able to start work immediate or short notice
