Job Description
- West (5 mins walk from Jurong East mrt)
- Office hours: Mon to Thurs 830am - 6pm; Fri 830am - 6pm
- Competitive remuneration package
- Salary up to $7,000 + AWS + VB
Your new role
You need to support the division and provide full HR generalist support that is aligned to the business needs and direction:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions such as; HR Operations, C&B, Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee engagement and etc.
- Provide HR advisory support on staff counselling or grievance handling.
- Responsible for hiring/resignation related activities and existing staff support.
- Partake in building, reviewing and maintaining HR workflow knowledge base for the team.
- Work with Medical Manpower Office (MMO) for central employment of clinicians.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Singapore.
