Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:



Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement Administration/Employee Data Management matters Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation) Data management of leave and claims in HRIS Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities Childcare leave claim submission and tracking Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations) Handle and resolve employee queries Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:



Experience

- 3 year of experience *

Personnel and Human Resources --

Knowledge of labour law (MOM)
