Provide day-to-day support in full spectrum HR and administrative functions
Maintain records and documentation in an organised, accurate and timely manner
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Track HR metrics and prepare regular reports and analysis
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and statutory requirements
Assist in talent acquisition, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
Assist in learning & development, including the sourcing and coordination of training programs
Provide support in compensation surveys
Support HR events, including staff welfare and engagement activities
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Minimum diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Basic understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
