Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all administrative matters for Learning & Development team
  • Put up Purchase Requisition approvals to incur expenditure according to approving matrix
  • Source for customized learning solutions with training providers
  • Administer end-to-end management of courses such as registration, confirmation, cancellation, postponement, replacement
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Handle all employee's training requests and attend to HR Training mailbox enquiries
  • Ensure logistics arrangements are in place e.g. venue booking, set-up of training rooms and equipment
  • Assist with attendance taking for physical courses and post-course feedback consolidation
  • Coordinate new hires and existing staff training
  • Coordinate overseas travel requirements
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR associate will be a plus
  • Fast learner and a team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
  • Diploma and above
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
