Support all administrative matters for Learning & Development team
Put up Purchase Requisition approvals to incur expenditure according to approving matrix
Source for customized learning solutions with training providers
Administer end-to-end management of courses such as registration, confirmation, cancellation, postponement, replacement
Maintain accurate training records
Handle all employee's training requests and attend to HR Training mailbox enquiries
Ensure logistics arrangements are in place e.g. venue booking, set-up of training rooms and equipment
Assist with attendance taking for physical courses and post-course feedback consolidation
Coordinate new hires and existing staff training
Coordinate overseas travel requirements
Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR associate will be a plus
Fast learner and a team player
Good written and verbal communication skills
Above average organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
Diploma and above
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
