1. Maintains an updated monitoring of the following:a. Vacation Leaves and Sick Leavesb. Overtime (OT)c. Certificate of attendance (COA)d. Undertime (UT)e. Cash advances/adjustment2. Ensures timely and accurate payroll computation and releasing3. Ensures timely processing of employees' government claims such as but not limited to SSS benefit, PHIC and etc.4. Monitors payroll concerns and performs necessary adjustment.5. Maintains and administers biometric enrolment for newly hired employees.6. Monitors cash advances and other deductions.7. Prepares and distributes payslip.8. Computes last pay of resigned employees.9. Processes payment for monthly government remittances for all employees10. Submits complete and on-time all reportorial requirements under Compensation & Benefits.11. Ensures renewal of SSS, PHIC and HDMF clearances.12.
