Roles & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division, Benefits Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Travel Benefits Operations
  
  • Manage staff travel related queries from staff
  • Manage bookings and issuance of tickets
  • Support other admin functions eg update of entitlements in SAP
• New Staff Travel System
  
  • Support review of policies and processes during the setup of new staff travel system
  • Provide guidance to overseas stations on policies and alignment of processes where possible
  • Work closely with the team to design end-to-end processes where possible and enhance operational efficiencies
  • Support development of business requirements for new system, testing efforts and change management for cutover to new system
• Medical Benefits
  
  • Manage medical benefits related queries from staff
  • Process claims based on SIA guidelines and upload into SAP/SF for payments
  • Issue LOGs for hospitalisation and specialist treatment
  • Liaise with medical provider on invoices and payments as well as clarifications relating to staff queries or billings
  • Audit and reconciliation of payments made to medical provider

• Diploma in HR or related fields
• Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
• Knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactor module would be an advantage
• Experience in HR shared services/service centre operations preferred
• Previous exposure to projects with process redesign and change management would be an advantage
