Manage company benefits program based on policies and processes.
Administer company HMO Program and act as liaison officer between the company and HMO provider.
Manage medical/dental (HMO) enrollment, inclusion, termination/deletion, changes, payment of premiums and annual policy renewal. .
Process HMO billing and ensure timely payment
Act as liaison with government institutions like SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, DOLE
Process statutory compensation-related documents such as Certificate of Contribution. Maternity/Sickness benefit certification, reimbursement and others.
