Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Engage our business units and our people and to make an impact
• Preparation and offering of contract to existing employees
• Facilitate with business units on HR processes
• Facilitate with business units in the engagement and management of employees in grievances and disciplinary matters
• Formulate and propose new or improved HR initiatives
• Facilitate annual performance appraisal exercise
• Facilitate mobility planning for employees

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Be well versed in documentation for re-contracting and conversion of employees including compensation matters
• Be familiar and be able to relate HR processes to the life cycle of employees
• Engage Employees in Grievance and Disciplinary Matters
